Cancellations and Refunds

Training and Workshop Services: Terms for training and workshop services generally must be addressed either by routine correspondence, a letter of understanding or by a formal agreement. We may require payment for short-term training and workshop services prior to or immediately following the completion of the training or workshop event. We may also require:

         Pre-payment of significant travel expenses (e.g., airline and lodging accommodations); and

         Advance and progress payments for long-term training services and the prompt payment for negotiated royalties and documented expenses.

If you cancel a training or workshop event before thirty (30) days of the scheduled delivery of the event you will not be charged a cancellation fee

If you cancel a training or workshop event within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled delivery of the event you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the original fee. You may re-schedule the delivery of the training event within ninety (90) days -- subject to our availability -- and 50% of the cancellation fee will be applied to your final statement. If you do not re-schedule the delivery of the training event within ninety (90) days of the original delivery date, you will forfeit the entire cancellation fee.

Consulting Services: Terms for consulting services generally must be addressed either by routine correspondence, a letter of understanding or by a formal agreement. We may require payment for short-term consulting services prior to or immediately following the completion of the project. We may also require:

         Pre-payment of significant travel expenses (e.g., airline and lodging accommodations); and

         Advance and progress payments for long-term consulting services and the prompt payment for documented expenses.

If you cancel a consulting project within thirty (30) days of the project's scheduled initiation, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the budgeted fee. You may re-schedule the initiation of the project within ninety (90) days -- subject to our availability -- and 50% of the cancellation fee will be applied to your final statement. If you do not re-schedule the initiation of the project within ninety (90) days of the original delivery date, you will forfeit the entire cancellation fee.

If you cancel a consulting project within fourteen (14) days of the project's scheduled initiation, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the budgeted fee. You may re-schedule the initiation of the project within ninety (90) days -- subject to our availability -- and 50% of the cancellation fee will be applied to your final statement. If you do not re-schedule the initiation of the project within ninety (90) days of the original delivery date, you will forfeit the entire cancellation fee.

If you cancel a consulting project that is in progress, without cause, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the maximum budgeted fee -- regardless of advances already paid. You may re-schedule the completion of the project within ninety (90) days -- subject to our availability -- and 50% of the cancellation fee will be applied to your final statement. If you do not re-schedule the completion of the project within ninety (90) days of the original delivery date, you will forfeit the entire cancellation fee.
